Founder

Daylight was founded by David Moore, a senior full-stack engineer with fifteen years of experience building production software. Engagements are senior and hands-on: technical lead, fractional CTO, or the only engineer.

Through Daylight, David is Founding Engineer at Conductor, Fractional CTO at TenvosAI and Senior Software Engineer with Optimizing Mind. Before Daylight, David was a senior engineer at ScopeAR, technical lead at HOFr and a consulting full stack engineer for TaskRabbit, and ran operations for an internet service provider at Pavlov Media. Delivery model

Every engagement has a senior lead who owns architecture and review. A vetted Eastern European team adds delivery capacity.

The team works under the same checks and CI gates as the lead. On Conductor, one senior engineer led architecture and review with a frontend developer from the team, and shipped 75 tagged releases in about 10.5 months.
